Returns Policy

At Red Sky Dynamics, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This return policy outlines our procedures for handling defective or damaged goods.

 

Return Procedures

1. Notification: Please notify us within 2 days of discovering a defect or issue.

2. Assessment: We will assess the product to determine the cause of the defect.

3. Repair or Replacement: If the product is defective, we will replace it free of charge.

4. If the product needs to be returned, it must be received back in its original packaging.

Transportation Costs

- The customer is responsible for transporting the product to our store.

 

Conditions for Returns

1. Products must be in their original condition, with all original packaging.

2. Products must be free from damage.

3. Proof of purchase is required. (invoice) 

 

Exclusions

This policy excludes:
1. Products modified or altered after purchase.


Returns and Refunds: 

A client may request a cancellation within 3 hours of the online purchase. There are no refunds on custom parts. A client may return the item/s if the functionality does not meet up, if there is an aesthetic defect, the client must give Red Sky Dynamics the opportunity to rectify. An online purchase refund can only be processed within 2-8 days.
